I just visited this location (Ogeechee) and was warmly greeted by Jermaine. He was knowledgeable and quite funny! Jermaine noticed that I pre washed my car (near entrance), and suggested which wash option I should go with. He even offered my little one a snack when she went into the building to use the restroom. Overall he made my experience a good one. Awesome customer service

This was my very first time going to this car wash. I also purchased the $47 monthly membership. As you can see by the pics there dryers pulled off my entire strip from my car along with all clips holding it together. I made a claim but they’re denying liability. I just purchased my vehicle from a dealership. I’ve tried also getting a refund as I will never go back here again but still haven’t received a refund as of today. I was also told by an employee that they ALWAYS denied being liable.

So for the rate of charge and they expect you to pre-scrub your own vehicle, it's not feasible. If this is the best option in the Savannah area, then they need to step up or a better chain to come through and take their business.
